Hundreds of voters have had their say and we’re excited to announce the four winners in our 2015 Back to School Photo Contest! We received dozens of entries and loved each and every one. But this year’s first place prize winner is… Sofia Wang!
Sofia submitted a photo of her 2-year-old daughter, Savannah, on her first day of daycare. With nearly 13% of the votes cast, Sofia takes the first-place prize, which is a one-hour massage and facial from Avalon Salon & Day Spa at Deer Park Town Center!
In a close second place with nearly 12% of the votes cast, our winner is Stacey Tyranski who shared a photo of her daughter, Baylee heading to 2nd grade. Stacey wins $150 to spend at American Eagle Outfitters , also at Deer Park Town Center.
The third place prize, a $75 to spend at Buckle, goes to Ditchie Brown. Ditchie submitted this photo captioned, “Neighbors. Friends. Playmates. Now… Our first day together as CLASSMATES in Kindergarten!” and received 9% of the votes cast in our poll.
And a fourth photo submitted by Barrington mom, Jaclyn Aprati, rounds out this year’s winners. Jaclyn wins $50 to spend at The Gap. Her photo captioned “1st Day of Pre-K & 3-year-old Preschool” received 8% of the votes cast.
