Last Call for Ice Skating at The Arboretum of South Barrington

This is the very last weekend for ice skating at The Arboretum of South Barrington with the last day of skating coming up Monday, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. They’re celebrating this season on skates with a special Paint the Ice event from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, January 15th.

Kids of all ages, adults and artists alike are invited to Arboretum on Ice on Friday. Paint will be provided and your inner creative artist is encouraged to paint on the ice. When all art is completed, we will seal in everyone’s art work creating a beautiful and large art rendering everyone can skate on!

Arboretum on Ice 2016The Paint The Ice Event is FREE with the purchase of Admission to Arboretum on Ice. Open Skate will be closed from 6-7:30pm while the painting event is taking place.

Hours for Arboretum on Ice are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and on Sunday from noon until 7 p.m. On Martin Luther King Junior Day (Monday, January 18th), Arboretum on Ice will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission costs $12 including skaes or $8 without and the ice rink is located in the big white tent right outside the iPic Theater.
