Lime Cilantro Shrimp Salad
“Large shrimp, marinated and grilled, served on a bed of fresh spinach, with sliced avocado, cucumbers and diced tomatoes, all tossed in a lime cilantro ranch dressing, and garnished with quinoa. Quite possibly the best salad you’ve ever tasted.”
