At 26 years old, Justin weighed 260 pounds. His doctor told him he needed medication for high blood pressure. Justin turned to a wellness strategy created by Heinen’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Todd J.Pesek.
Justin lost more than 50 pounds, normalized his blood pressure and feels better in his 30s than he did in his 20s.
In 2014, Justin left a fast-growing technology startup to launch Nutritional Roots with Dr. Pesek and help other people improve their health. Justin is certified in exercise nutrition and permaculture design.
