Mane in Heaven Magical Mini Masquerade with Special Showing of The Addams Family Movie

Mane in Heaven is hosting its annual Magical Mini Masquerade with a special showing of the new Addams Family movie on Sunday, October 13th! They’ll be welcoming Make a Wish and Shriner’s Hospital children and their families to the event from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at The Arboretum of South Barrington’s iPic Theater.

Mane in Heaven’s mission is connecting people with miniature therapy horses to promote empathy, kindness and overall wellbeing.

Families will have the opportunity to meet the mini therapy horses, pose for pictures with them, pet and hug them plus make memorable connections with these special animals. The event will also feature trick-or-treating stations, princesses and superheroes, pumpkin patch, food, drinks and will end with all watching the Addams Family Movie. Participants are encouraged to come in costume.

The Maginal Mini Masquerade is part of Mane in Heaven’s Making Inclusion Happen program, promoting kindness, understanding and empathy. Inclusion is about offering the same activities to everyone while providing support and services to accommodates people’s differences. Inclusion is about celebrating people’s differences. This event will allow families to come together and have fall celebration as a family. Communities who understand inclusion are stronger communities.
