Funds raised will target the newest programs being offered by Let It Be Us, including the Springboard to Adulthood Program which focuses on foster/adoption for teens and the Special Families Program to help place children in foster care who have special needs.

The event’s Keynote speaker was Illinois DCFS Medical Director Dr. Margaret Scotellaro who spoke about the adoption of her daughter Lily, a child with Downs Syndrome, who joined the family via DCFS.

Auction items included high-end wine & scotch packages, sports memorabilia including a Ryne Sandberg jersey and vacation stays at private properties owned by local families.
