Drop pounds with Barrington Martial Arts
Area residents are taking part in an 8-week challenge to lose two jean sizes. Deer Park mother Lisa Walston shares her secrets to successful weight loss. Walston blew away the competition by changing her diet and sticking out Barrington Martial Arts fitness classes for the long-term – ultimately dropping six jeans sizes!
From London back home
Barrington High School band members have returned from their trip to Europe where they performed at the London New Year’s Day Parade and subsequent concert festival. Georgio’s awards free pizza – for a year
