The 10th Annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration at McGonigal’s Pub – also for many years known as the Barrington Celtic Fest – will take place on Friday March 15th through Sunday March 17th at McGonigal’s Pub, 105 S. Cook Street, right in the heart of downtown Barrington. This year, the new Big Iron Horse Barbecue space next door to McGonigal’s Pub will be open for guests to preview prior to the restaurant’s official grand opening in the coming weeks!
The agenda includes live music every day, Irish goods sold by McGonigal’s friends from The Irish Boutique/Paddy’s on the Square, various entertainment including Irish dancers, bagpipers, promotional giveaways and of course plentiful availability of food and beverages. Plus, admission is FREE at the Pub all weekend long!

Celtic Fest Menu
There’s a limited McGonigal’s Food Menu for Celtic Fest in effect 4 p.m. to close on Friday March 15th and all day on Saturday and Sunday, March 16th & 17th.
Planned menu items include:
Corned Beef & Cabbage, Denny Reuben, Corned Beef Sandwich, Shepherd Pie, Fish & Chips, Irish Lamb Stew, Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad (with crispy chicken), Pub Fries, Chicken Fingers, Jumbo Pizza Slices (tentative), Kid Mac & Cheese, Kid Fish Fry, Kid Chicken Fingers & Kid Hot Dog
Paper and plastic serving ware will be used for food and drinks while limited menu is in effect. In order to best accommodate everyone, McGonigal’s says it’s necessary to make some temporary adjustments to their normal operations. Their normal full restaurant service returns on Monday March 18th.
