Egg Harbor Café's Garden Scrambler

Egg Harbor Café just debuted their new menu for spring and it’s bursting with garden fresh flavors and bright, juicy berries! They’ve introduced new menu items packed with personality plus they’re bringing back some classic guest favorites. With temperatures on the rise we’re dreaming of Egg Harbor Café’s Barrington Main Street patio and these ten dishes we can’t wait to try this season…

1. Guac & Roll Omelette 

A new menu item, the Guac & Roll Omelette is a three cage-free-egg omelette filled with grilled chicken breast, topped with Pepper Jack cheese, house-made guacamole, and red onion. Served with Harbor potatoes and an English muffin with house-made jam.

2. Kale Yeah Skillet

Kale yeah! Egg Harbor Café’s new Kale Yeah Skillet is sure to make your body smile. Delicious, nutritious sweet potatoes, chicken sausage, kale, red pepper, onion and two eggs, any style.

3. Garden Scrambler

It’s like a garden on your plate! Egg Harbor Café’s Garden Scrambler features three cage free eggs, mixed with mushroom, spinach, tomato and Jack cheese, then topped with sour cream.

4. The Protein Wrap

Back by popular demand, Egg Harbor Café’s Protein Wrap features black bean quinoa mix, three scrambled cage free egg whites with spinach, tomato, avocado and Mozzarella cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Served with house-made salsa and fruit.

5. Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes

A classic guest favorite, Egg Harbor Café’s Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes make a comeback topped with fresh strawberries, lemon icing and powdered sugar!

6. Southern Shrimp and Grits

Love Egg Harbor Café’s Southern Shrimp and Grits? They’re back on the menu with shrimp, bacon, green onions, Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and cilantro on a bed of stone-ground grits served with a biscuit and honey butter.

7. Lobster Melt

Egg Harbor Café’s Lobster Melt returns with all-time favorite house-made lobster salad, avocado, tomato and Cheddar cheese on grilled sourdough. Yum.

8. Spring Parfait 

Vanilla yogurt with granola, mango, blueberries and strawberries. Served with our Sun Toast, multigrain toast drizzled with sunflower butter and local honey.

9. Quinoa Superbowl

Featuring the finest ingredients around: tri-colored quinoa, oat milk, blueberries, banana, dried cranberries, sunflower butter and vanilla yogurt.

10. Berry-Ola Breakfast Bowl
