So it may be Halloween week but Christmas shopping is already well underway and the season of holiday events kicks off at The Arboretum of South Barrington on November 9th!

Holiday Festival & Wickstrom Lincoln Ice Rink Opening
Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11 AM – 8 PM
Come join The Arboretum of South Barrington as they Light Up The Arb for the 2019 holiday season and grand opening of the Wickstrom Lincoln Ice Rink 2019/2020 season on Saturday, November 9th!
- 11 a.m. | They’ll begin with the kick off of the ice rink at 11 a.m.! Enjoy the day skating then stick around for an evening of fun filled holiday festivities before the tree lighting!
- 5:30 p.m. | Visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus, enjoy Balloon Artists, Face Painting, performances by Rose Elementary School, HOTT Dance Productions and Marquette University’s Naturals, mingle with Anna, Elsa & Olaf and more. That’s not all! Joe & Tina from Star 105.5 will be onsite during the tree lighting! Come out to meet them and for the chance to win some cool Arb goodies!!
- 7:00 p.m. | The annual Tree Lighting takes place at 7 p.m. sharp. Mark your calendars to attend and help kick off the holiday season Arboretum Style!
