This weekend was something special. 💪🔥
A huge congratulations to Pat Cavanaugh, Beth Schenck, and Teri Rahn for taking on the CrossFit Semifinals this weekend! Over the course of 3 days, they stepped outside of their comfort zones and into the gym to complete 5 incredibly challenging workouts against some of the fittest athletes in their divisions.
Watching them compete with determination, heart and laughs was so much fun and such an inspiration to our entire community. The amount of hard work, consistency, and dedication it takes to get to this level is incredible, and they represented CrossFit Barrington so well all weekend long.
We are so proud of all three of you for showing up, pushing your limits, and embracing the challenge. 👏❤️
