A BHS-TV video crew scored an exclusive, on-camera interview with Chicago Blackhawks Goalie and Stanley Cup Champ, Corey Crawford, during his visit to the Lake Barrington Field House last night!
Crawford was in town from 5 to 7 p.m. to sign autographs, with all proceeds being donated to help a 16-year-old cancer fighter named Jordan Paz who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2012. Hundreds of fans came out to meet Corey during yesterday’s visit.
Just before he stepped out to meet fans, BHS-TV and 365BarringtonTV Reporter, Catherine Goetze, was able to line up this quick on-camera interview for 238 Studios.
Chicago Blackhawks team members have been scheduling charity autograph signings and other fan appearances since their Stanley Cup win in June. Catherine Goetze covered the championship winning game for 365BarringtonTV the night the Hawks won the Stanley Cup and was there to capture the fan frenzy on camera at Wool Street Grill.
Catherine’s “Hawks Win” video has close to 2,500 views on Facebook and her on-camera interview and “selfie” with Corey Crawford is another way to share just how exciting this team’s Stanley Cup Championship has been for fans here in Barrington. Thanks to BHS-TV for covering yesterday’s autograph signing event!
