317. Thankful

2 mins read

The turkey is cooking, the table is set and I’m feeling thankful for the opportunity to spend another Thanksgiving with my family.  We’re also so very grateful for those who visit us here throughout the year at 365Barrington.com and are wishing you 365 more days filled with blessings, big and small.

When I shopped for the last of our Thanksgiving groceries at Heinen’s late yesterday, there was a buzz in the air as families shopped together for tonight’s Thanksgiving feasts.  I stopped to ask a few shoppers what they’re most thankful for this year and was struck with the reminder that the things we receive are not the star of this holiday.  It’s the people we cherish who take center stage.

Manager of Heinen’s Barrington

“I’m thankful that my family was willing to give me this opportunity to move and relocate to the Chicago area from Ohio this summer because it’s a great opportunity to be part of a new beginning for Heinen’s in a whole new market.”
