More than 300 people turned out to watch last weekend’s Hope’s in Style fashion show at The Garlands to help Barrington High School students raise funds to build homes this summer for families living in and around Guatemala City’s Garbage Dump.  Student stylists created their own looks for the show and our new 365BarringtonTV reporter, BHS Junior James Owen was there to capture it all on camera!

The students broke their record with this second annual Hope’s in Style Fashion Show. They surpassed the $16,000 they raised during last year’s inaugural show and raised over $20,000 for their work in 2014. In one video and with the help of filmer Dean Siapkaris, reporter James Owen shares more about the cause, the styles and Barrington 220 schools superintendent, Dr. Tom Leonard’s favorite looks from the runway!

Dr. Leonard, Senator Dan Duffy, Kim Duchossois and Mary Sirois of Mia Sorella all served as guest judges during the fashion show, selecting some of their favorite fashions to support Hope’s in Style.
