Join Deer Park Town Center for a day of pink fun and breast cancer awareness as they color the shopping center pink for the day on Saturday, October 11th. They’ve scheduled a series of health-focused activities, which will run from 10 a.m. to noon.
Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m. at the Center Gazebo (near Lucy). Check in early! The first 250 attendees to check-in at the event will receive the Color the Town Pink tote bag filled with special coupons and discounts from the Deer Park Town Center stores. Anyone with a Color the Town Pink tote bag will receive one-day deals, specials, and samples at participating stores in Deer Park Town Center during and after the event.
The day’s schedule of activities includes:
* 60-minute high-energy yoga session by Core Power Yoga
* Healthy activities for families and kids by Alexian Brothers Health System
* Mammacare © Breast Self-Exam (BSE) instruction & information by Alexian Brothers Health System
* Pink hair extensions by Avalon Salon (with donation)
* Face-painting and balloon entertainment for the kids
* Fashion show of lucy, lululemon and Gap Yoga fashions
The first 200 people to register in advance (by CLICKING HERE) will receive the Color the Town Pink t-shirt. For an additional $5 donation, you can get the Color the Town Pink yoga mat (while supplies last).
