Guests have been having a blast at Barrington’s ChristKindlFest featuring live music, international food & drink, great children’s activities and shopping. Day two of the fest has been a great success and this weekend will be jam packed with fun things to shop for, eat, hear, do and see at the fest. The sights, sounds, first photos and our VIDEO of ChristKindlFest 2014 make #11 of our list of 12 reasons not to miss Barrington’s ChristKindlFest.
It’s been so much fun to see familiar and new faces meet downtown at Barrington ChristKindlFest. From the shopping to the live music to the food, kids rides and more, we’re creating a collection of photos showcasing this year’s second annual event. And, of course, we assigned reporter, James Owen, to capture the sights and sounds of opening day for 365BarringtonTV.
To help capture some of the excitement at this year’s fest, the ChrsistKindlFest marketing committee came up with a fun photo contest. Snap a picture on your phone or camera from ChristKindlFest 2014 for a chance to win this limited edition lithograph of an original drawing from the Dr. Seuss book How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Wouldn’t this make a fun gift for someone special on this year’s Christmas list?
For a chance to win, share your ChristKindlFest photo on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with #ChristKindlFest2014 or enter the contest right here by uploading your image in this contest entry form. All who submit a Barrington ChristKindlFest photo will be entered into the drawing for a chance to win!
There’s much more fun to be had at Barrington ChristKindlFest this Saturday and Sunday. For more images of this year’s festivities, Barrington photographer Julie Linnekin captured some great moments from opening day.
Enjoy Julie’s full gallery of this year’s first ChristKindlFest photos – with many more to come – right here at 365Barrington.com.
