Bryce McAuliffe’s sense of style and keen eye for detail sets him far above the rest. I loved getting to photograph him for this week in Barrington Street Style.
Bryce has an amazing sense of personal style inspired by the Ivy-League looks of the 1920’s and 1960’s. He has worked in menswear for many years and describes his personal style as classic with a modern edge. What I love most about Bryce’s fashion sense is his focus on the details. His jeans are cuffed at the bottom, his shirt half tucked and his blazer is unbuttoned and cuffed at the sleeve. I love how natural Bryce looks while still maintaining his classic style.
Bryce is wearing a worn in pair of denim, a white oxford shirt with a silk floral pocket square and an unconstructed micro-check navy blazer from JCrew. He also wears Allen Edmund tassel loafers in burgundy cordovan leather and a pair of Warby Parker glasses.
Bryce visits Barrington often to get his hair cut by Tyler at Chopped and Hopped. Chopped and Hopped is located at 211 Park Avenue in Barrington inside Todd Rhodes’ Grassroots Clothing and General Store. Bryce highly recommends his barber, Tyler. He does good, clean, traditional men’s barbering, is personable and very easy to talk to. Bryce loves that he can bring his fashion-forward ideas to Tyler and he is never afraid to try something new!
