Batman in Barrington

Halloween 2016 is one for the history books and we survived! Gotta give a big thanks to our neighbors in the Village of Barrington who welcome thousands of trick-or-treaters to their doorsteps every year. On Cook Street we fly through about 1,000 pieces of candy in a few short hours. It is INSANE. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I hope our new neighbors who just moved from China have lived to tell about it! I tried to describe and prepare them for the trick-or-treaters who converge for candypalooza on Cook. I know my little Batman was among the first to pay them a visit.

So for today’s NoonDaily Update, I’m sharing Halloween photos taken from our front porch PLUS more images gathered from photographers around Barrington. Photos are of trick-or-treaters in the Village of Barrington, at Saint Anne Parish School’s Halloween parade & MORE from Kate Smith for 365Barrington and local Instagrammer, Steven Tracy. Click on an image to start the gallery and read captions. We loved seeing your costumes, sweet kiddos, and hope you had a blast!
