The Barrington Police Department and Barrington Animal Hospital are searching for the family of a lost dog found Friday in the Barrington High School Parking lot. Over the weekend they’ve been sharing photos of the sweet dog to help find her way home.
Receptionist and marketing specialist, Kayla Pearson with the Barrington Animal Hospital says she’s definitely part pit bull. She was wary of new people at first but has been very sweet and warmed up to the kennel attendants in charge of her care. Kayla says the dog was wearing a collar and harness when found but no tags.
