January 10th was also a big day in music history! On this day in 1964, The Rolling Stones recorded ‘Not Fade Away’ at Olympic Studios, London, England. The song, which was first recorded by Buddy Holly and his band, The Crickets, became the Stones’ first US single.

🍫 Pick your favorites! If you love Reese`s, have the Reese`s! No need to eat candy you don`t even enjoy just because it`s there.
💧 Stay hydrated! Keep up with your usual water intake.
🎃 Enjoy the moment! Trick-or-treating, costumes, family time, and making memories are what the holiday is all about.
🧠 Skip the guilt! No extra workouts, skipping meals, or "starting over Monday" necessary.
