It’s officially official! We’ve got the keys and we are IN our little Riverwalk Shop. We’re excited to see it all come together now. We really don’t know what the end result will be. Everyday is Earth Day at Marvin’s.
We started Marvin’s with the mission to provide toys that are not only fun for kids, but good for the Earth as well.
We have developed these categories as a way to keep our buying in line with that mission. These serve as our guidelines when we choose toys to bring into Marvin’s. 80% of everything that we bring into our stores falls into one or more of these categories. We want the toys that we provide to be loved, played with, cherished, and then passed along to next kid to play with and enjoy.
We also make eco-conscious decisions in the running of our stores. Our stores are powered by wind power, we never use plastic bags, we choose recycled materials whenever possible, we up cycle and repurpose our displays, and reuse whenever possible. Even our window displays are thoughtfully put together with repurposed and recycled materials.
