On this day, March 10th in 1966, US singer, Edie Brickell, was born in Dallas, Texas. In 1995 she joined friends from her high school as the lead singer of their band, The New Bohemians.Their 1988 debut album, Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars, became a critical and commercial success, including the Top Ten single “What I Am.” Edie married Paul Simon in 1992.

Try roasting cauliflower for a crunchier, crispy texture that actually makes veggies exciting 🤍
🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
• 1 head cauliflower
• 2 teaspoons coconut oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450° and chop cauliflower into small bites (about golf-ball size).
2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread cauliflower out evenly.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
5. Serve warm and enjoy 😍
