Francesca’s will set up extra tables and chairs in the plaza for anyone who would like to have dinner or drinks during the show. But you don’t have to be dining to drop by. You can pick up a drink at Cook Street Coffee or just stop in to listen in, but it’s a good idea to call ahead for reserved seating.

This weekend’s featured musicians are Rich Semmel, Glo Sutter and Bryan McDonald. “Jazzman Jeff Justman” will also perform an acoustic set which includes his signature folk-rock-country roots music “mixed with fun.” During the show, musicians share stories about the inspirations behind the songs they have written. A local singer-songwriter group called “Live & Unplugged” hosts these concerts the second Saturday of each month through September. The next show in the courtyard is from 7-9PM this Saturday, August 14th.  For more information, visit the group’s website at Live-and-Unplugged.com.

Cook Street Plaza and Francesca’s Famiglia Restaurant are at 100 E. Station Street in downtown Barrington.  For reserved seating, call Francesca’s at 847-277-1027.  If it rains, the show will take place around the corner at Cook Street Coffee and the “Live and Unplugged” date for next month is Saturday, September 11th.
