Norton’s U.S.A., “A Uniquely American General Store”, is celebrating its sixth anniversary in Barrington this week! They’ve hosted special sales and raffles this past week and the celebration is coming to an end with a big finale at Norton’s TONIGHT, where they’ll be showing the movie Fly Away Home on a big screen set up outside under the stars!
To celebrate, they’re offering 20% off all clothing, accessories and patriotic merchandise at Norton’s today. They’re participating in this afternoon’s Summer Wine Walk, offering wine tastings from 2 to 6 p.m. The store will be closed from 6 to 8 p.m., but they’re reopening for shopping at 8 before the big anniversary celebration finale, which starts at 9 p.m., when they’re hosting Norton’s annual Movie Night.
Kids and adults of all ages are invited to come watch Fly Away Home on a big screen set up outside the store. Be sure to bring a chair and a blanket! If the weather is wet, they’ll move the giant screen inside the store for the family movie watching event. They’ll be serving FREE popcorn and lemonade during the movie, which is a family film that is just as charming as Norton’s, Barrington’s very own “Uniquely American General Store”.
