Suburban Cowboys to Perform at Barrington 4th of July Festival Opening Night on July 3rd, 2013

Barrington’s Fourth of July festivities begin this Wednesday, July 3rd, so get ready for the return of the Barrington Brat Tent, 4th of July Parade, fireworks, great food, fun for families and live music during the 4-day celebration this week.  The fest kicks off at 5 p.m. Wednesday, including an The Suburban Cowboys country music cover band in concert on Wednesday night.

According to the Suburban Cowboys’ website, you can expect to be entertained by  “The Ultimate Country Cover Band.” in Barrington on Wednesday night.  “This explosive show is designed for country fans that LOVE to dance! The setlist covers your top 40 country as well as some classic country jams and is full of energy and excitement.”

You’ll find the Brat Tent and all the fun in the North Metra Train commuter lot at Spring Street.  There is a Kids’ Daytime special which costs $5 for kids age 3 and up and includes unlimited access to all kids’ activities, a hot dog, chips and soda from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for adults is free during these hours.  The cost after 6 p.m. is $5 for adults, $1 for teens age 14-17 and there is no admission charge for those ages 17 and under after 6 p.m.
