If your kids would like to get up close and personal with some of the biggest vehicles around, The Barrington Park District is hosing it’s 14th Annual Big Trucks event at Ron Beese Park this Saturday, August 3rd and admission this year is FREE!
Your entire family will enjoy this event which lasts from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 3rd. You’ll find dozens of large trucks and other types of equipment parked in the parking lot for your kids to climb on and explore.
They’ll have the opportunity to climb inside and get behind the wheels of fire engines, big semis, tow trucks and more and there will also be big wheel races to get those little motors running.
You can listen to live music, enjoy breakfast sandwiches and ice cream from Kookers and have fun on the inflatable slide.
But the best part is that Admission is FREE! Here is the schedule of activities planned for the Big Trucks event…
9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Trackless Train Rides
9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Inflatable Slide – Donated by Pump it Up
