Since our first (and fabulous) 365BarringtonTV reporter Catherine Goetze is heading to Stanford University after graduating with the BHS Class of 2014 on Friday night, she’s passing the torch to a brand new reporter who will be covering local events for us here at 365Barrington.com. He is incoming Barrington High School senior, James Owen, and we’re so excited to have him on board! For his first video report, James covered Barrington High School’s graduation.
James talked to this year’s graduates, including Catherine Goetze, about where they’re heading to college, their plans for the future and what they’ll miss most about Barrington.
Great job on your graduation video, James, and welcome to the team! Why is James so polished his first day on the job, you ask? Well, he and the very talented filmer, Tommy Derken, have both been a students of BHS-TV’s Jeff Doles with 238 Studios for several years so they already have great experience and are well prepared to cover our community.
