Discover the season’s best prices on the hottest summer merchandise as Sidewalk Sale Days return to Barrington for 3 bargain-filled days this week! Local merchants are getting ready for this week’s big sales on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, organized by the area’s biggest advocate of shopping local, the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, with he help of the Village of Barrington.
The Chamber has been hosting Sidewalk Sale Days since the sixties to help showcase the many merchants and great reasons to shop in Barrington. You’ll find fabulous deals along Barrington’s sidewalks and outside the Ice House Mall, along Lageschulte Street and at The Foundry on Northwest Highway. Their goal is to clear out products currently in-store to make way for a new season of items as our merchants continue to enhance the local shopping experience here in Barrington.
Along with shopping, Sidewalk Sale Days is a great opportunity to dine at Barrington’s eateries. This year, the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce is also featuring live entertainment by country guitar troubador Kent Rose, singer/flugelhorn player Lance Wysong and the Little Violinists, plus facepainting, food, and fun for all!
Sidewalk Sale Days take place every year on the last Thursday, Friday and Saturday of July. This year’s shopping event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Thursday, July 24th, and Friday, July 25th and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 26th.
