Pooches from all over Barrington will be putting their best paws forward on Wednesday, July 29th during the tenth annual Children’s Dog Show at Citizens Park. Don’t miss this rare chance to behold some of the area’s most dazzling dogs!
Pre-registration is required if you’d like your pooch to take part and all participating dogs must be leashed, but there’s no charge to attend the event from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. at the Citizens Park Pavilion and field. (Click here to register.) Dogs do not have to be pedigreed to be part of the action. For a taste of the fun, here’s a video look back at last year’s dog show.
The Barrington Park District’s Children’s Dog Show includes prizes in a variety of categories, and all participants will receive a “doggie bag.”
Come for the dog show, but stay for Wednesday night’s Concert in the Park featuring The Associates, which is also a FREE event! What more could you ask for than a free night of family fun?
