Born on February 17, 1991, Sheeran released “Afterglow“ after on 21 December 2020, after an extended hiatus from public life. The music video features a one-take performance by Sheeran with just a guitar. The song is thought to be about his trip to Antarctica with his wife, Cherry Seaborn.
