Barrington High School’s Class of 2014 graduates next Friday, May 30th. If you have a special graduate you’d like to send off to college in style with a thoughtful gift, we turned to Notice Accessories in Barrington for a little advice. Safety Town walk-in registration for Kindergarteners and first graders opens tomorrow morning from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at The Orchard Church, 1301 S. Grove Avenue in Barrington. Run by the Barrington Junior Womens Club, Safety Town is a two-week educational summer program that teaches kids safety skills. The setting is a permanent mini-town at the Orchard Church location that was built through community support back in 1997. For this week’s Friday 5 list we’re sharing Five Reasons to Sign Up for Safety Town!
There are four Safety Town sessions being offered for 2014 and I hear the morning sessions fill up the fastest! Here are the options:
June 16th through the 27th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
June 16th through the 27th from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
July 14th through the 25th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
July 14th through the 25th from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
