Start my Christmas shopping…CHECK. Put up the Christmas tree…CHECK. Dig out after the season’s first snowfall…CHECK. But it just seems like something is missing. I KNOW! There’s no better way to get into the holiday spirit than to hear your favorite Christmas tunes live in concert and tickets are on sale now for a special Christmas concert happening in Barrington one week from today.
Barrington’s own Ron Hawking will be performing his “Home For The Holidays” concert at the Barrington High School Richard C. Johnson Auditorium. It’s a great show and the proceeds will benefit the Fine Arts Programs at Barrington High School.
The show starts at 4PM next Sunday, December 12th, and tickets are on sale now. Admission is $35 if you purchase tickets in advance, $40 at the door and $20 for Students and Seniors. For tickets, you can buy them online by clicking HERE or by calling the BHS Fine Arts office at 847-842-3214. You’ll find the high school at 616 W. Main Street in Barrington.
As an added bonus, if you have dinner at Francesca’s Reastaurant at 100 E. Station Street in Barrington after the show, a portion of your bill will be donated to the BHS Fine Arts Boosters. But they do recommend a reservation, which you can make by calling 847-277-1027.
