The Barrington High School Madrigals just returned home from Washington D.C. after performing at the White House this week.
The Junior and Senior students toured monuments between three days worth of performances at eight locations, including the White House, the U.S. Botanic Garden, the Old Post Office, the historic Willard Hotel, the National Christmas Tree and other museums and federal buildings. They were also treated to a tour of the U.S. Capitol.
The Madrigal Singers have about 30 members under the direction of Barrington High School Choir Director, Nancie Tobison.
