There’s a lot going on in Barrington this weekend so I put together a list of “Hot Happenings” that you might want to check out. The first is a concert at Barrington High School this Friday night featuring the University of Notre Dame Glee Club.

The Lucky Monk Burger, Pizza and Beer Co. is offering a special deal called “Monk & a Movie” through April 30th. You’ll receive one complimentary AMC Movie Pass for each “Perfect Ticket” menu purchased. That menu includes a beverage, appetizer, soup or salad, entree & dessert (excluding sandwiches).

Also at the library on Friday night, you can get into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a concert by Irish duo, Banna from 8-9:15PM. “Named for one of the most beautiful beaches in Ireland, Banna has been singing Irish favorites together for almost 10 years. Comprised of a beautiful blending of rich voices, guitar and keyboard, Banna’s music will transport you to a joyous place.” Sounds good to me!
You’ll find Banna’s Facebook page by clicking HERE and can register for their event at the library by clicking HERE. You’ll find the library at 505 N. Northwest Highway, you can reach them by phone at 847-382-1300 or visit them online at BarringtonAreaLibrary.org.
