Looking to shake up your workout before bikini season arrives? The Center for Ballroom & Dance at Deer Park Town Center will be holding a FREE Latin Dance Workout class this Saturday to add a little spice to your exercise routine.
This class is for everyone. You don’t have to be an experienced dancer to do it! Just come ready with your workout clothes, gym shoes and a water bottle, because this workout is sure to make you work up a sweat.
You’ll have a great time tuning your body up while learning the cha-cha, mambo, rumba, merengue and more from Russian Dance Instructor Alisa Alyabyeva. Alyabyeva has taught dance to both adults and children in her home country and in the United States, as well as choreographed “first dance” moves for wedding couples.
And if that’s not enticing enough, there’s more! If you attend this weekend’s class, you’ll receive a coupon for 15% off a ballroom group class card, a private lesson package or a month of fitness classes when you visit.
The FREE Latin Dance Workout class is coming up this Saturday, April 7, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Center for Ballroom & Dance at Deer Park Town Center, 20530 N. Rand Road.
