The class is taking place from 1 to 2 p.m. on January 12th at the Crabtree Nature Center, which you’ll find at 3 Stover Road in Barrington Hills. Local artist, Denise Peters, will be teaching how to paint with watercolors in this fun class and says, “you’ll be amazed at what you can do.”

It’s also a fun activity to do with your kids, if they’re age 12 and up, but registration is requited. The class is for ages 12 and up and registration is required. This watercolor class is hosted in conjunction with the Barrington Cultural Arts Center, a group devoted to creating a community of local artists and to promoting exhibition, performance, and teaching opportunities for all of us. They work hard to create fun, cultural activities in our town for everyone to enjoy and you can learn more about the group and their Ice House Mall exhibit space at BarringtonCulturalArtsCenter.org.
