State of the Barrington Economy Summit

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) will host its 2015 Annual Economic Summit, “State of the Barrington Region,” on Wednesday, February 11th, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at The Garlands of Barrington. Many of the area’s most influential community leaders will discuss current economic conditions and what lies ahead for the Barrington regional economy.

They will also review the past year in their communities, provide updates on local development and examine the issues that impact local businesses. Understanding where we are now, and knowing where we’re going, is vital to the economic health and prosperity of the Barrington region.

Invited panelists include Village Presidents or their designees:

Martin McLaughlin of Barrington Hills
Bob Kellermann of Deer Park
John Tatooles of Inverness
Nandia Black of Kildeer
Kevin Richardson of Lake Barrington
Angie Underwood of Long Grove
Albert Pino of North Barrington
Shannon Yeaton of Port Barrington
Paula McCombie of South Barrington
Kathleen Leitner of Tower Lakes.

The Summit is open to the public, includes a hot breakfast buffet and registration is required. The cost is $30 for Members, $40 for guests or $220 for a table of 8.  Event sponsorship ($250) includes 1/2 page ad in event program, name on event signage and two tickets.
