Barrington Fishmonger, John Lunde, has been helping people celebrate Good Friday and the end of Lent since his family purchasd Entertaining Tuna almost twenty years ago. He says, along with Christmas Eve and New Year’s eve, Easter is one of the fresh fish market’s busiest weekends.
John says, in his shop, you’ll get more than just the freshest fish. His regulars come to him because they appreciate his sense of humor, love his recommended recipes and find value in the personal touch they find lacking in our “Costco” world.
Entertaining Tuna’s top sellers for today: Halibut, Shrimp and, of course, Tuna – all delivered fresh this morning. The shop is located at 421 Northwest Highway – just North of Lake Cook Road and just South of the Barrington Library.
