Congratulations to the sixth through eighth grade athletes who played with Barrington Youth Football’s “White” and “Black” lightweight division teams this year. Both teams won their playoff games, making it to the top of their division this season. They played each other during their big Super Bowl Final Game at Barrington High School on Friday night.
The White team won Friday night’s final game with a score of 14-0. Proud football mom and Barrington photographer Sally Roeckell was there to capture the boys’ moment of victory on camera and had this to say about the season:
“Coached by Stephen Hegarty, Tom Kolder, Jeff Danca, John Gagne and Mike Seibert, the boys gelled and grew together over the season to victory. Prayer before every game helped.”
Congratulations on a great season! For more information about Barrington Youth Football, visit BarringtonBroncos.net.
