Founded in 2008, Smart Farm is a volunteer-run, non-profit with a two-fold mission: to grow fresh produce for our neighbors in need and be an educational resource for local residents on sustainable gardening practices, healthy eating and local food waste distribution. Though their work focuses on a small geographic area, Smart Farm’s cause is universal & essential: bright food for a healthy, sharing community. SmartFarms.org
