Today couldn’t have been more perfectly aligned with what matters most—our community and our mental health.
I started the day at our barringtonrotaryclub meeting, where we had a powerful discussion about safe firearm storage through the #BeSMART program presented by barrington_smart . It was a reminder of how small conversations can lead to big impact.
Afterwards, I stopped by nekterbarrington and ran into the wonderful kylethomask from #BStrongTogetherBarrington. Talk about perfect timing during #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth! It is so important to support one another—mind, body, and spirit.
I picked up some #POWER40 Rest & Reset while I was there—because quality sleep is such a vital piece of the mental wellness puzzle.
Grateful for the incredible people and resources in the #BarringtonArea who lift each other up. Let’s keep normalizing conversations around mental health—it’s a sign of strength, not weakness.
