At the Bar at Wool Street

Tonight could be the night the Chicago Blackhawks take home the Stanley Cup with game six against the Flyers in Philadelphia. Now who wants to watch history in the making alone on your couch at home? (ok, I’ve been known to do that)  But one of THE places to be to celebrate a hopeful Hawks win tonight is Wool Street Grill and Sports Bar in Barrington.

At the Bar at Wool Street

Wool Street will be serving up a huge selection of food and appetizers for the game tonight. The’ve recently revamped their menu, too. They’ve kept many of the oldies, but goodies, while adding some great new items including a fried egg burger which, I hear, is all the rage. You can check out the new menu by clicking HERE.

On Tap at Wool Street in Barrington, IllinoisThere will be no problem getting a great view of the game tonight. It’ll be playing on 14 high-definition TVs and three huge high-def projection screens throughout the bar. Wool Street offers 30 beers on tap and about 30 bottled beers as well. To whet your whistle, just take a look at their full beer menu which you’ll find by clicking HERE

Wool Street’s new “Bar Room” addition which opened earlier this year offers plenty of extra space for drinking, dining and championship playoff viewing. The room features a 140-inch high-definition projection screen, enough space for 80 people and was full of red, black and cheers when the Hawks won on Sunday night.

Tonight’s Blackhawks game starts at 7, so be sure to come on out to grab your seat at Wool Street.  The beer garden will be open, too.   If you hear cheering outside in downtown Barrington tonight, chances are it’s coming from Wool Street’s oudoor patio.  And if the Hawks have to bring it home to The United Center to win it with game seven at 7PM on Friday night, Wool Street will again be ready for high-fives and some great edge-of-your-seat action.
