The Barrington area Spring Bird Hikes are cosponsored by Audubon Chicago Region and Citizens for Conservation.  The leader of each hike is Wendy Paulson, a longtime naturalist who has spent decades educating others about conservation and birds, including serving on the boards of the Nature Conservancy and a conservation group called RARE, based in Arlington, Virginia.
