Father’s Day, 2013, is days away and we’ve planned something special to honor the great dads in our lives. Do you know a dad, at any age or stage of life, who has a.) been a great role model to his children b.) taught you lessons that have helped you in life or c.) simply deserves a little recognition for being an awesome dad or father-figure? To enter, all you have to do is tell us about a great dad you know by answering this one question in the form below:
“Who is a super dad in your life and what makes him great?
You have through the end of the day on Thursday, June 13th to enter and on Friday, June 14th, we’ll draw three names and announce our winners right here at 365Barrington.com.
It is not required that you submit a photo with your entry, but if you do share a picture, we’ll enter your name into our drawing twice.
And if the dad your thinking of doesn’t live here in Barrington, no problem! You’re still eligible to enter. Your “great dad” is connected to our community simply because you’re a visitor at 365Barrington.com!

As part of their Outdoor Discovery School, they regularly host hour-and-a-half-long kayaking excursions on the Fox River and they’ve given us paddling spots for four people (an $80 value) to give away to one of our Great Dads Father’s Day Contest winners!
