The Barrington Broncos varsity football team claimed their second victory of the season in Friday night’s game against the Grenadiers at Elk Grove High School. 365BarringtonTV’s Alex Gaul and Tommy Derken captured the highlights, player and fan reaction on camera for our brand new video series called the BHS Game of the Week.
In our first Game of the Week video, Alex Gaul recaps the highlights from the Broncos first away-game of the season. It was “Hawaiian night” for students in the stands and Alex says fans went wild watching the Broncos defeat Grenadiers in the rain, bringing home a 41-13 victory.
Just to recap a favorite quote from the night and fan Dane Meier who says, “I think it’s important to show people that, when we go to home games, it’s not just something to do on Friday night. We’re dedicated to this team and we’ll support them wherever they go.”
