The first day of spring is next weekend on Sunday, March 20.  YES!  It’s coming.  And so is the new inventory of homes to hit the spring market.  If you’re planning on buying or selling a home this spring or if you’ve been kicking around the idea, now is the time to get serious.  I’m going to try an experiment here at 365Barrington.com today.  I’m making myself totally available to answer your real estate questions this week.  Is there anything you want to know about the state of the local real estate market?

But two of these properties (4 Eastings in South Barrington and 547 Summt in Barrington ) are only open from 1 until 3PM.
